The Thunderhawks are going to be scaling back a bit this season as well. I am keeping all of my own guys but will not be signing anyone else. Almost all of the guys on my team who are not my guys have expiring contracts and I don't have a lot of time right now to recruit for talent. Also, I have tried many times to bring in someone to GM for me and have had zero luck with that approach. My team has made strides and hopefully with the East being down a bit next season, I can manage to scrape by for the year with my guys while I develop some newer guys that I create and then decide what to do for the following season.
