I will make it short for convenience.
What I expect:
- Play time and starting spot.
- Dominating team. At least in the top 3 in the last season.
- 1 season contract please, in case if any thing happens both of us are not stuck with long term deal.
- If I am happy with the team I will sign again.
- Please send me money for my equipment upgrade as well.(I want to re-buy all EQ and focus on 1 att.)

What you can expect from me:
- Active daily
- I GM'ed 2 great teams before and helped out with scouting, OC and DC.
- Ofcourse I keep my player up-to-date and keep up with gameplan.
- Do my best to improve so feel free to critique.
- I have custom equipment
- Honestly I don't boost, but if I have the FP I will.

If a team was a top 3 team last season wouldn't it be likily that they moved up? I would think you should be looking for a top 4 or 5 team, which wold make them a top 2/3 team in their league.
