No rookies.

Why, those points there (in adv.)?

if yuo want to say FU - that's fine - looking for the Elite's input on level 22 guy.

Those my advice will not require all 15 points, look into the following utilizations:

Soft cap tackling - WIll ensure your ability to use power tackling
Vision - First train one night on vision to push it over the next while number, then raise it roughly to 35. There have been many posts talking about the importance of vision for DT's.
Strength - Your choice, but you are close to that next soft cap. Also look at the level of your opponent's O-Line and compare them to the levels of your own. If they are similar, look at the strength of those O-Line on your team. You may find many of them with strength nearing or above 80. You will require as much leverage as possible.

I would say soft cap tackling. Then either put points into strength or speed(whichever you prefer)

You want to be a pass rusher? Second-cap agility or dump them all into speed. Agility would be my personal choice, but either will help. The rest of your stats look fine, although more vision is always useful, just not as high a priority.

You could go:
1)All Strength - it hurts to spend points for the little return, but the o-line guys are maxing strength, and I think that's why DT/NT aren't doing much.
2)Go Agility - the argument here is that you can beat an o-line player by cranking agility (they generally have lower agility.) I've had little success with this, but others have.
3)Do a combo - I'd softcap tackling and put the rest into agility, but you could also raise vision.

I'd also work on Stamina, myself.

You need to train confidence. O-line will always be stronger since they don't have much else to train and you don't want your player going into a funk if he gets pancaked or misses a tackle.

if strength isn't to the 2nd cap I'd do that first, then agility to the 2nd cap

Good build

agility + shed block. Strength (should be at 2nd cap, if not, get there) keeps you in position/pushes the OL back, agility helps you maneuver when you're up close to him/get away and shed block gets you off the block to make the tackle/rush the passer.

Tackling is fine, train your confidence up ASAP. Might wanna put a bit more into speed, it'll help you get those sacks. So will jumping, you've trained it a bit which is nice, keep going with the training. I'd also get vision in the low-mid 30s, but that's a lower priority.

I'm a fan of getting shed block up to 9 or 10.
