Equipment is already upgraded. I don't buy FP, so I don't really boost. I'm looking to get some carries, I'd be happy with 10%.

I'd really prefer a team that actually has game plans. The owner/GM of the team I'm leaving didn't bother and we managed to go 1-15. It wasn't as much fun as it sounds.

And finally, I'm a Bills fan.
