Catching is 18 without equipment....

I want to start and star in a capped league....

Where do I go from here?

Well you obviously need more catching and vision

Are you going possession? If so, I'd seem to think that catching might be a good thing to cap.

So vision is more important than confidence in WR's?

Pretty much...although after next season I plan to load up on first step and change direction.

What a WR gets per level...

WR (*oddly, minor WR skills improve by 0.5 but majors only improve by 0.33 due to how many there are of each)
Major: Speed, Agility, Catching, Jumping, Vision, Stamina
Minor: Confidence, Carrying

Your major skills are usually way more important than minor skills. Finish soft capping speed & agility. Then soft cap catching. Train vision, jumping, & strength. After that depends upon what type of WR you want to be!

But people say vision is overrated then how can it be a major skill ? my head hurts .

Good advice DM , but if you have to follow the guide then you shouldn't even put points in strength ? (I agree that you should , just pointing out the guide is not very useful before it gets updated) .
