ok, i just created a lvl 1 FB, i sign him to a team with only 1 FB but he is lvl 15 so im assuming hes not going to be thier for much longer, did i do the right thing,

if hes lvl 15 he shouldnt be there long at all, his contract prolly expires season 5 day 1

There's no "prolly" about it; it does. A quick look at the roster would tell you that. Even if it hadn't, I've got a FB on a D-league team with 2 FBs, and both FBs are averaging 30-35 plays/game. With that many plays you get over 90% of max XP each game IIRC, so you progress very well.

Um...I totally disagree. I wouldnt sign a lvl 1 FB to replace my lvl 15. Hell, I wouldnt do that for any position! Your there for backup or add a different dimension to the team. (if he's a blocking FB, your the rushing FB or vise versa) My guess is that you'll be blocking alot. Like Lathund said you should get 30-35 plays a game atleast, and that includes special teams, so you will lvl steadily. Talk to the owner and see what he wants from your player and mold him that way.
