Solid, but I'd swap the equipment out of blocking and throw it all into strength. Those 5+ points wasted in stamina could have been better spent in speed and/or agility, but other than those two things... he's looking very good.
You just need a team that will run you a little more frequently.

Wow your fb is sick. I would think you would have way more broken tackles with that strength. High stamina to me is only good if you plan on doing hard daily work outs. I would bump speed. You should be pretty hard to tackle.

I would go with speed and agility for a while now. Get in front of your blocks better.

Carrying and Power Through are very important to breaking tackles as well, even if Strength is of course the key. Dive for yardage actually does it too; but it's an artificial boost to the stat really.
