Realistically, you could boost 5 players 1 level every game and that still wouldnt be a full team boost of 3 levels...

Yes....but first of all, If one or even 5 guys boost one level, I don't consider that to be the team boosting.
People say it like every player on the team has boosted 3 levels.
And who the hell follows the other teams closely enough to know that 1-3 guys boosted one level?
