Without equipment, yes. With equipment, it will work but "work" can be defined in different ways. The higher the better though. Im 25 and I have....

If that is your strength with equipment then no it will not work.

i have 80 STR and broke 3 tackles against a #8 seed team that is 5 levels lower than us across the board...

Yes, and it leaves you room for improvement.

I would say no.
You need at least 68 base+equip, plus 48 carrying and some SAs to be a good powerback.

You should try and 3 cap your strength asap, and 4 cap it when you get the chance.

I had 120 Broken Tackles and my strength IS NOT 68 & my carrying isn't close to 48.
