I disagree as the descrption for it says it's "very important for quick players who rely on speed and agility", which I think implies that you need both high speed and agility for it to work well.

I'm thinking in terms of pre-catch as has been widely discussed that this season QC makes an impact in the running of a route. If you have low agility (acceleration) and high speed, QC becomes very important for not losing the speed you slowly accelerate to due to low agility. And I have found this to have a big impact on my low agility receiver when I started plugging it.

The description says important for avoiding tackles, but has been said to benefit the running of routes pre-catch. I'm not concerned with breaking the tackles, I'm concerned with getting open. A 12 yard catch is better than a 5 yard catch with a 6 yard YAC. So if this prevents me from losing speed while cutting on a route, I view that as a huge bonus. I think the guys trying to break tackles need the high agility for QC, not the guys using it solely for getting open. Also, I don't think it implies that you need both high speed and high agility, it just says for those that rely on speed and agility. Spin and Juke state they aren't very effective for those with low agility, this doesn't say it is ineffective for those with low speed and agility.

Evidence this with something other than speculation.

its cool ill just wait til you change your mind in 2 weeks and act like you always thought this way. i dont need to have you agree with me and 95% of the people posting who arent lead paint eaters. do your own homework instead of just having an idea and blindly sticking to it.

Tee hee, how coy.

In any case, there is no evidence that route running is always active.

We can address this rationally, or we can call anyone who is on the other side of the fence dumb.

Well a couple seasons back I put 11 in run route in my d-league player right off the bat. It did not help him get open at all. If you went by the letter of the SA description this should have worked.
