Alright so I am slow building a power back. Should I soft cap carrying?

Strength is at first soft cap already and I decided to do agility next. What I don't know though is should I soft cap carrying and speed or just train them up to the 30's for now and use those SP's for the power back SA's.

Carrying is great. Prevents fumbles and helps break tackles. I would highly suggest it.

i'd cap speed before i'd worry about carrying. i'd want to get my power back to the outside fast so he can plow over the low strength CBs more than i care about high carrying. the higher your strength, the less carrying you need anyway.

I agree. Although don't go over board. It didn't help breaking tackles as much as I would have liked. A good mix of SAs and carry will do well.
