Am I developing correctly this RG? What should I train/change? Thanx in advance for your advices

Good start.

You might want to train vision up to 20 to avoid penalties, then feel free to carry on with Agility.

Keep pumping those SP into Strength and Blocking. The sooner you hit the 1,2,and 3 caps the better your guard will be in the last few years of his career.
