Third. After a certain lvl, the custon will reap a great pay-off, but there's no time limit on it.

Custom Eqt works wonders at >Lv 25, but those 15 SP can be useful. they're both just as valid.

Its actually 24 points... remember, you also get the 3 automatic points per boosted level
