I'm the DC for a few teams and I want to know which LB should play which spot? I can't disclose their stats but should the fastest LB go at ROLB, the most balanced at MLB, and the strongest at LOLB? how does this work exactly?

who should I put where, they're leveled 20, 18, and 16 (the 16 has the most speed, the 18 is the strongest and the 20 is balanced for the most part. the 20 plays LOLB, the 16 is in the middle and the 18 at ROLB.

well, whichever has pts in D General goes at MLB by default.

I would make the speedster get stronger. The stronger get faster and the balanced get faster.

there isn't an "ideal" build per position, I think all LBers should be basically the same. Quick, agile, great vision, hard hitting guys that can tackle That said, put your worst LB at ROLB and I typically like my best at either LOLB or MLB as they see the most plays.
