I would say get agility to 60 and rest in SAs

Get gear into one attribute and then 4 points into SA's with the rest into agility.

I think bring strength and stamina each to 30. The rest into carrying. You can do the SA's later. Train confidence to 24 then jumping. Your team may appreciate some training in blocking.
