Warrior General Games

I am looking for either a OC, DC, or a GM job. I believe we should sign players that fit our scheme and belong to active players. I typically have a 50/50 pass to run ratio. I prefer elusive backs over power backs. I like my RBs to be good at catching. I like QBs with good vision. I like my WRs to have good hands. I like recieving TEswith good hands. I like a relatively balanced O-Line. On defense, I prefer a 4-3 defense. I like my DEs to be good pass rushers. I like to have one pass rushing DT and one run stopping DT. I like my OLBs to be good pass rushers. I like my MLB to be good at pass rushing and also have good tackling and be a good leader. I would like my corners to have good vision. I like my safeties to be good tacklers. I know how the tactics work.
