To be honest I'm not sure, your WR seems to have a good build. Perhaps it could be other factors such as coming up against good defenses, or something to do with the QB.
All I can suggest is soft capping catching and some people have found that getting their strength up helps (although I personally haven't tried putting points in strength).

Agree with the above & soft cap catching already!

Yes, you're team is terribad for receiver production based on your opinion that your receiver in not producing well. Did you try popping up the team leader in receiving tab? Look at the depth chart? Here is the quick analysis you could have done:

The team #1 WR is terms of production who is 1 level higher than you starts at the #3 WR Position so he gets the favorable match-ups against the weaker corners. You are at the #1 WR position so you face the tougher CBS.

Looking at the production of the top 3 WRs on your team, including you, you are all close together in catches, TD's, averages, etc. By looking at this we can confirm that either you're teammates and you all have the exact same builds, which is unlikely, or we can conclude that since 4 guys are averaging the same stats that the team (QB/Line/Defense faced, Etc) are the limiting factors in terms of your production. Your choices for increased production are to go to a pass happy team or demand the #3WR slot (which isn't going to get you that big of an increase).
