Allright, well, I'm almost at my wits end with this player. His build seems to me to be halfway decent, but at backup on a pro league team he seems to throw a pick a game and have a not so great completion percentage. I'm looking for some suggestions on what to do next.

One though I had is he's just outmatched by the higher level d backs in the pro league. Most of the time it looks like his passes are on target, but a speedy db just ends up grabbing the ball out of the WR's hands.

Today he leveled to 24 and I added two points into tight spiral. I also can guess people are going to tell me to soft cap confidence next. But, really, what would be the cause for all the picks?

I'm really beginning to wonder if he'll even have a chance in the free agent market this offseason with the stats from the last season.

what are the 6 plays in which you had picks? maybe the WRs just arent helping you.

So it seems the issue is with not leading these WR's enough. The two that he's been throwing to and given up picks are the teams backup WR's. One seems to be pretty speedy but I can't see his build, and the other is about average speed. So maybe it's a vision issue?

hes a level 24 quarterback, so he kind of fits right in with the rest of the team. hes built the guy up to where his stats are right around where everyone elses are.

i would have the guy even out some of his stats. ill probably get burned for this on the forum here, but my qb is finding a lot of success by keeping his stats closer together. you know about how acceleration is kind of both speed and agil averaged out? ive got a pretty strong hunch that theres a relation to qbs too.

i would suggest losing some throwing and getting some more vision. i would also invest into more SA's. i would also invest in a really good TE and a WR for next season.

It's not really that bad to throw one that often. Every 28 attempts about.

Its totally a vision thing, in my humble opinion. He has Jeff George syndrome...just because you can laser it in, doesn't mean you should. As one of the previous posters correctly pointed out evening out your throwing to vision SP will help, he is seeing the pass, he can make the pass but he does not have the accuity to put the ball in the Wide outs hands where only he can catch it.....too cocky if you will, he just says there is my target *blotto* which doesn't work against the Deion Sanders, Rod Woodson and Champ Baileys of the MMORPG world

You need to keep pushing Throwing till it gets over 80, honestly.

(I know jeff disagrees.)

Definatley increase throwing you should be pushing 80 at lvl 24, Vision is an overated attribute for QBs and those Ints were mainly inacurate throws not a problem with throwing into coverage(which would be a vision problem). As an example I have 23 more points in throwing than I do in Vision and threw 45 tds : 7 ints this season.

I only have 70 throwing imo

Thanks guys, I'll keep this in mind, but still unsure as to whether it is throwing or vision...

From what I understand, vision greatly effects where the QB throws the ball on the receiver's route. The more vision the more likely you are to throw the ball where only the receiver can get it.
