I'm kinda new to the DC thing, so i want to learn how to keep my starters in longer. I put the min energy to 72 and max to 82, and my starters got only 33-36 reps. I've adjusted it to 82-89, but i have to wait until tomorrow to find out if it works. I know stamina has a factor in it, but come someone give me some advice on how to keep players in longer?

The first step to remedying this problem is to get your owner to trim his ridiculous roster. 51 players? 45 or 46 is what I'd consider the absolute max, and that's only if you have very high quality backups at every position.
3 QBs
4 HBs
6 OTs
5 DEs
7 CBs
3 SS
A few of those are actually 7+ days inactive as well, meaning cutting them is not only possible now, but a wise decision, as there is no chemistry hit.
Until the roster is at a reasonable number of players at each position, PT is going to be less for everyone, including your starters, regardless of what energy settings you go with.
However, lowering the "out" factor is all you can do with the current setup.
Also, force starters in certain situations to bump their PT up a little.
