Hey all overall im new to this type of games, I made a FB because its what I play in real life and was wondering how to build him. Im more of a speed FB, which is where the flash as my teammates call me comes from. Any suggestions on what to do? How to lvl up and all that will be appreciated.

You want to reach the soft cap as soon as possible, yet not waste SP on stats right away. So train on intense, until you have enough skill points to reach the soft cap (48) on a stat. Then raise that skill to the soft cap and start working on the next stat (same method)... the reason you do this is because each level up gives you stat increases (they stay static regardless of the soft cap). So for example, a .2 stat increase for level is the equivalent to .4 skill points (if you were spending them to increase the same stat). These numbers get better the higher soft cap you're at and the higher your stat increases per level. A .6 per level increase at the second soft cap is equivalent to 1.8 skill points...
This is why people slow build to get more out of the leveling process, not the skill points. Although you can look at efficiency as extra skill points.
The increased training efficiency is nice, but it pales in comparison to the benefit of reaching the soft cap asap. When you can combine the two methods together, you get the best player possible (in terms of raw numbers). Such as having the cash to train (without getting experience from playing) for the entire first season. You'll be able to benefit from the higher training efficiency (due to not leveling fast) and then you can also gain the soft cap benefit (once you already trained stats to as high as possible before having to spend SPs on them).
Order of precedence IMHO...
Blocking FB
Strength
Blocking
Rushing FB
Strength
Agility
Once you have two stats soft capped, you can really start to decide how you want to build your guy... slow build or normal build. Slow building will get you the most bang for your buck, but you'll kind of be one dimensional until higher levels (possibly even suck, depending on how much you slow build). Normal building will allow you to contribute from the get go, but be at a slight disadvantage against the slow builders, later in your career.
To be clear on the slow building process, you save your skill points until you have enough to raise a stat to the natural 48 mark (I.E. no equipment). You do not spend them as you level, because it will reduce how much training will raise the stat (due to it being higher).
My FB didn't slow build and is doing pretty good, but if I had the ability to start over, I'd definitely slow build the first two attributes to soft cap (at a minimum).

I agree 100% with ^. My fullback was built traditionally and as one of my first characters, points were hardly prioritized. I've had the opportunity to build a receiver on a slow build team and its going great.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/home.pl?user_id=111587 is starting what he calls a slow building training camp and it may be worth getting in touch with him if you want to go that way. I'm not sure how picky he's planning to be on who's recruited.
