So I just made a new LB, slow building him ( http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=850767 ), and I was wondering what the best direction to take him was. I'm thinking a pure coverage OLB similar to Derrick Brooks, so I'd want to pump speed first? Agility?

I would suggest retiring him and making him again at the start of next season.. otherwise you lose an entire season now
