Looking to join team to contribute a little more and gain more pt, even though I get decent pt currently. Would like to be a #2 at least, but have no problems with being a nickelback with decent pt. Only desire avg wage to keep up with equipment and training. Will adjust training to owner's wishes. Very active agent, stops by every day.
