Switch him to combo running if hes on elusive. My elusive back runs better on combo, dont know why. Save your levels, boost when the new season starts and put them all into agility or atleast to 2nd soft cap. Train confidence to 30and train strength to 30 and also think about putting 2 points into cover up and a few into carrying.
