Salary Cap Football
You choose from any/all players in the NFL based on their projected value which will change week to week based on their performance. If it goes up you maintain the player at their original value.

Pick 'Em Football
Just like the pools around school or work. Pick which teams will win and lose week to week. See how you fare week to week and overall at the end of the season.

Nope, it has no draft. You pick the players throughout the course of the season by purchasing them. Players have values based on their projected stats. If he does better, his value goes up but you retain him at what you purchased. If it goes down you will have money to spend on others or to change. You can sell and buy players week to week.
