i've been through the way stats work. i personally think its harder to get 6.5 yrds a carry on 116 carries than it is to get almost a yrd less per carry on only 80 or so more carries.

Cam is you teams HB, running in the Fb position. so i do not think it is fair for you to count him as a FB. thats my stand. of course he has more yrds and TDs than tricks, but on average, tricks gets more TDs a rush, and more yrds a rush. If we ran with tricks as much as you guys run with your FB it wouldn't even be close.

even though cam is playing in the FB position, he is running 85% of the time. which bassically makes him your teams lead back. Tricks is not our teams lead back, and he gets almost as much TDs and Yrds and better YPC etc, etc.

the fact that our O-line is better really makes no difference obviously, because cam still has more yrds than tricks. so running more definetly outweighs haveing a better O-line.

you keep using the same arguments that cam has more yrds and TDs, and that he has a worse O-line. i have given you reasons as to why those things make no difference. your turn.

if cam has a FB designation in his profile he's a FB so you can whine and bitch about it all you want he's a FB and should be counted as one.

we run the ball 20% of the time and the carries with the HB are 60/65-40/35.

its much harder to get a 5.6 with 80 carries more behind a weaker O-line than your 6.5 with 100 less. the less carries you have the more inflated your stats are.

ok trix has an inflated average going for him, and Cam has a compareable average on more carries, and has more yards and TD's!!! more carries doesn't lead to more TD's since your offense as a whole gets you down the field and your teams offense is better giving trix more oppurtunities to score TD's... and Cam still has more TD's...

think of it like this Frank Gore plays on a shitty team but is better than laurence maroney who plays on a good team. without the pats system maroney wouldn't be half as good as he is now. yet put Gore in the Pats system and he'll light it up!!! Gore > maroney. Gore has more yards and the same amount of TD's.

translated into our terms Gore would have 4 more TD's, plays on a shitty team, runs more and still has a very good 5.6 avg. and more yards. also Gore would be 4 levels lower and still outplay maroney. the only thing maroney has when you look at it like this is the average. but if your over 5.0 it really doesn't matter.

Cam > Trix. Gore > Maroney. if you award points for TD's, yards, and average (1 each) Cam has 2 and trix has 1. I'm sorry but Cam on a worse team has outplayed a higher level player on a better team. the only thing you have to argue with is the avg. which is insignafacant since Cam's 5.6 isn't exactly much worse. untill you top Cam in yards and TD's you don't as a higher level player DESERVE!! to go to the probowl...

your move... go ahead and whine at me that average > yards + TD's. you really don't have a valid argument there. and no one cares that Cam runs more (and btw he's still a FB) almost as much TD's and yards doesn't amount to surpassing it. you have a better average I'll give you that but still you have a better Oline to get you more ypc.
