which are useful and which are useless?... and by the way pls give me some tips for my SS?

Technically all of the SA's are useful. Super Vision is probably the most useful of all. Wrap up and diving tackling also decreases your chance if missing a tackle.

I wouldn't bother with SA's until you got Agility/Vision/Speed to the first soft cap each. They're mainly designed to augment the attributes. Won't augment much if your low on Attribs. In my experience, they are all useful though.

soft cap is when it stops costing you 1 SP to improve you ability by 1

soft cap is at 48
so when your speed reached 48 it would cost 2 SP to get it to 49

so def. stay away from any more special abilities until you have agility/vision/speed to 48

once you get them to 48 super vision, change direction, wrap up are quite effect special abilities - imo closing speed is also a great special ability

I prefer the first two in each tree exclusively.

agreed with jtoj, but closing speed is a wonderful thing too.....

for 1 SP each you might as well get the first 4 in both trees to 2 (except for growl if you only plan on putting 2 in big hit)
