I've gotten both Strength and Blocking to the 3-1 cap, where should I go now? Agility? Vision? Continue with strength and blocking?

Your guard will be awesome in the future.

Push str and blk up to the 4:1 cap (i.e. 67) whilst training agility. When you've finished that you can train confidence/vision/speed whilst 2:1 soft capping agility. Whilst you're doing that make sure you get enough plays to get the xp - with your strength people will want you at LG to face up to the tackle. Let stamina level naturally also - you'll be OK.

Then you will have 3-4 seasons with which to enjoy a great guard, and you can add special abilities to help the pro team you're on for the final seasons of your career.

You're off to a great start though. Many of us wasted SP early on - I think I only capped STR and BLK at 3:1 at level 24!

If he is a pulling guard, which he doesnt seem to be, you need to get that agility, speed and vision up.
