First thing I would do is redo ur EQ. Decide if you are building a power end or speed end. Then focus all your points into on attribute. Get your tunnel vision up as well. I had the same basic problem as you, and just recently decided to go with an agi/spd build and I have seen improvements. My guy isn't perfect by any means, but after reading many of the posts on this forum and following their advice, he has improved. One last thing, never waste EQ pts on stamina.

I would hit the 1st soft caps in speed, agility, strength.
Your DE is way too slow to get a sack imo. Your DE has an average build not excelling in anything. It also could be that your player is out matched in who he lines up against.

Yeah, you aren't too fast, you aren't too agile, you aren't too strong. You kinda went in the middle of everything instead of focusing on one thing.

His build isn't fine. You don't specialize anywhere, containment tree SAs don't help with sacks, and you have your equipment spread out, which doesn't help.

my equipment is now 6 into speed and 6 into agility, im goign to soft cap agility after i level up soon. then ill up my vision and Sas for pass rush

The problem is that you are too balanced, basically same problem I have I think so I'd stop putting points in one of your attributes and focus all your equipment into speed and get one of your attributes extremely high either that or consider moving to OLB.
