Nothing is "up" with me except that I don't take shit from egotistical players. I am very proud of my team and the hard work they have put in from the moment they have put on a Philadelphia jersey and THEY have set the standard for anyone else who wants to join. If a recruit fails to meet that standard I think it is my duty and responsibility to end the drama and get that recruit out of our organization.
What you're seeing is a few people who are angry that they didn't make the cut. What you're not seeing is the many people on my roster who bust their asses day in and day out to make us a great franchise. I'm sorry the 5 percent is a lot louder than the 95 percent.

Perhaps better drug testing on the front end before signing some of those players?
