Any kicker/punters out there doing both for your team?

I was thinking that if you build a kicker that does all of a team's punting and kicking, you'll be able to raise your punting attribute with the extra XP you'll get from more playing time.

This would be more benficial to a player than to a team, but you would level up a lot faster as well.

I've seen a few people out there doing this, I was just wondering how much faster their players are progressing.

Either way, he would make a perfect backup for a team as insurance for injuries to the K or P.

What's up Firenze? No love for my title?

It got you looking.

I would give a kicker a few games at punter if I didn't have a punter but I would ask him to focus on the kicking. Its not worth it to invest SP both sides.

Not worth trying. My first kicker I allowed to punt the first season, it didn't work well, but he is now a good kicker - just wished I hadn't invested in P, at least 26 SP that could have been used to further his kicking.

I now have another kicker doing both - owners choice. I am not training anything towards punting. What is happening is that I get too many long FG for my kicker to hit as we tend to try long fg to not punt.
