First one looks to be cover 3 man-under, however I'd think you would normally use extra cb's instead of having an LB on man coverage. The second one is cover 2 with a dime package on the field when it shouldn't be.

Here are some good examples throughout a whole game. In this scrimmage we ran the following breakdown:

1st Quarter = 100% Cover 0
2nd Quarter = 100% Cover 1
3rd Quarter = 100% Cover 2
4th Quarter = 100% Cover 3

Sorry no Cover 4 though.
