Maybe the offensive line isn't very good? Plus it looks like your team is run first, and they didn't do that very well the last 2 games forcing your QB to convert 3rd and longs. I noticed you run the ball more than the teams "running qb".
I even noticed a QB draw in there somewhere. Maybe the tactics are too elementary from the O.C.
