Randy, you forgot to do your own game against Helsinki.

I'm really looking forward to our showdown as well.

Oops .. updated it for you .. I had to get it done fast before my wife got home .. she spent 12 hours furniture shopping today and I didnt want to be sitting at the computer when she came in the door

Where does she shop? I run the service department for Norwalk furniture, custom furniture chain.

Sorry Randy, but we don't throw games. We'll take any win when we can, we've had more than our share of loses. We're not worried about any curse or whatever, if it's in the cards we'll take it, if not it's not the end of the world either. It's already been a great year for us, the rest is just icing on the cake my friend!!

Oh, and keep up the GREAT work!!

when it comes to recruiting that you mention in your post I' dlike to hear what you guys do. The only way anyone is ""recruiting"" level 28 and 29 players is by poaching them off other owner's team or some shit.

Pretty Low.

Unless you've gotta store in Germany, I'm not sure you'll be a lot of help to Mrs. Randy (if you will).

lol...calling a woman in Europe "Mrs. Randy" would possibly be taken with a totally different meaning than i think you intended it to

Belgrade at Scotch
I hope that Malachorn doesnt want to throw 30 TDs again .. Swoosh has been rebuilding this team and got some decent level players, but not enough of them, Scotch will score at will and it wont be close. I see Belgrade with possibly 3 wins maybe 4 to end the season .. but 4 is a real stretch. Scotch on the other hand will probably win 4 handily and be challenged for 2, but I figure they can win 5 with no problem and it will only be a boosted Vilinus for Week 16 (if they boost for that) that will give them troubles.

I actually just took over as GM for Belgrade and have been going nuts...hopefully we will fill out this roster before the end of the season, and at least provide a full team, and hopefully a challenge to Eastern Europe Pro next year.

Yeah she went to möbel stores like Momaxx, Roller and Ikea yesterday .. she bought a kitchen table is all. But she came with about 100 pictures of things she wants, I told her she could have most of it, so shes happy.

And yes, I live in Stuttgart, Germany. If I was buying furniture for an entire house and say I was spending 20-30k$ .. it might be cheaper for me to fly to North Carolina, buy the furniture there, have it loaded on a container ship, shipped to Bremerhafen, unloaded and trucked to Stuttgart, paying customs of like 15% of the entire cost of the cargo including freight and then 19% sales tax (that is the sale tax rate in Germany), on that entire sum including the customs.

Furniture is stupid expensive here, along with houses, cars .. electronics etc etc. If I was going to do Europe long term Id probably have to start my own import business from the US just to save money on stuff for myself. A Porsche 911 Turbo costs twice as much in the country it is made in as it does in the US... wrap your brain around that next time you think about "how expensive" things are getting in the US.
