Look no farther than the Galaxy Aces for a build like that. Sometimes it works...a lot of times these days, it doesn't.

The world is lucky I couldn't find my 19 Speed start off with, if only the back button worked on IE. Flipped way to fast
Your probably right now a CB with 100 Speed and 40 vision that would be scary ...who would need vision.
