Your defense would be easy too run down the field on (no offense), but your lacking big time over the middle and left side of your defense. You have weak points too work on, you might wanna get a star for that left side so you don't get crushed by the TE.

how is my left side weak

i have my best linebacker there and a lvl 8 corner that plays on the left side plus a lvl 6 safety

only semi weak part is my LDE

Yes but you also have a weak DT and your mlb isn't that great a TE that knows how too play the short game could tear up your left side and middle. Saftey doesn't matter in short passes he can be played off and then you have that week end for no pressure and have a week mlb so if a TE played the short middle left of the field he would eat you up.

Then what would u do? You would be too worried about that TE then, that would leave more openings for the 3rd WR over the FS. Like I said very easy defense too beat (no offense) just helping you out.

its not all about level

and the league im in there are no higher level te than my linebackers or my d line

I know it's not about levels man i'm telling you that a team that knows how too use there 3rd WR and TE in a good combination would have on problem getting yards. Never said anything about levels.

With all that said though, are you looking for a coordinator or anything of that nature?

to properly make a game plan you need to have your players show all there skills, I think your trying to blow smoke up peoples asses!
