No, because all the top riders do it. How is someone who isnīt juicing supposed to keep up with similarly talented athletes who are? Not possible. Armstrongīs still the greatest of his era, but donīt forget that in the good old days, riders would compete in all the big tours, all year round, instead of just working towards being at peak fitness for the tour de france.

Michael Phelps is the greatest swimmer of our generation. The dude's only 23, and wtf have I done? Sigh.

What Phelps did is incredibly impressive but all this "greatest ever" talk is ridiculous. He's awesome at swimming but overall I would say decathaletes are more impressive as athletes. They compete in 10 distinctly different events. Phelps swam 100m 8 different ways.

Also, Lance's status as best cyclist ever is also totally overblown. He was awesome at a single race...

Thatīs what I meant. In the "good old days", a cyclist had to participate in all the races if he wanted any kind of glory. All they do these days is the Tour de.
