One of our team picked this up yesterday it's from bort about halfway down. He's changing DB and WR physics again to deal with the problems.

Quote from Bort:

I spent a good portion of yesterday working on this stuff (a large part of why I wasn't on).

Major things I've added:

- The QB can now throw the ball to a spot that's away from the defenders, instead of just throwing it along the WR's route. Such as, if the defender is to the left of the receiver, he'll throw it to the right, or if the defender is playing over the top, he'll throw it a little short, etc. I have no idea why I didn't think of adding it before...

- DB's have a higher chance to swat balls to the turf or hit them hard in the oppposite way.

What I'm ending up with is:

- Balls caught at a decent rate when the QB hits his mark and the DB misses his "jump the ball" check.

- Less caught deflections

- Less passes caught in traffic (which people had problems with)

- Combined with fixes for running, generally a higher YAC.

- Reasonable YPA and completion rates

It's easier to just have 2 Shut Down corners... That way you don't have to play loose for bait... You both squeeze the passing game into forcing passes and since your already aggressively on his ass you stand a better chance than baiting the QB

I'm really hating these constant changes that keep getting made... which is why I don't spend money

Yes so the game should never change and remain flawed for many more years and only get payed off of its past success. aka Madden.
