If it were my build I would invest some points in agility, just my opinion though, good luck.

create a 5-10 level plan and stick to it.

Stop thinking about now and think about the future of your TE.

At level 23 you should have agility and speed pretty well taken care of.

You should also have catching and vision pretty well taken care of.

By now, strength and blocking should at least be in the high 20s to mid 30s if not higher on strength - These 2 typically take care of themselves just by naturally leveling up.

You are under skilled in Agility/Vision and Catching currently. If you don't have speed soft capped right now you should take care of that as well.

10 levels = 50 skill points + whatever equipment bonuses you can add to the mix.

Strength: 40.02 / Blocking: 27.82
Speed: 57.31 /Tackling: 14.13
Agility: 29.21 / Throwing: 7
Jumping: 22.03 / Catching: 34.52
Stamina: 37.62 / Carrying: 16.2
Vision: 32.88 / Kicking: 8
Confidence: 28.09/ Punting: 9

in 10 levels you can achieve the soft cap for every one of your main attributes.
Agility 30 + 15 should land you around 48 (no math done...just factoring your minor advance in skill every time you level)

Vision ~33 + 12 or so should reach the soft cap in 10 levels.

Catching as well at 34.5 + 12

You've accounted for 39 skill points with 11 to spare.

You obviously have spent several skill points into your receiving SA tree - so focus on that or use the rest to make sure speed is at the soft cap if it isn't already.

After that you can probably continue to focus heavily on your SA tree to achieve awesome play stats - pending research and development.
