Hey just wanted to see what you guys have noticed. I've got a str/agility LBers and last season never had a problem shedding blockers.

I tried a game using evasive and a game using power and wanted to share my experience with both.

Evasive was underwhelming, although I did have one interesting sack http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=106171&pbp_id=2498043

But power really surprised me. TEs/WRs/everybody was blocking me indefinitely, which I was not expecting.

I use combo cuz i'm unsure of it myself.
I would guess power would be underwhelming cuz you would primarily be going against linemen with strength greater than your own.

I have just started thinking about this too because I recently raised how much I blitz my LBers.

Thing with evasive is, the LBers are blitzing so they run right into the line. So I would think that those two things contradict each other.

Where as power, most linebackers are vastly outmatched str wise so they would get slaughtered.

Combo is what I am gonna go with for awhile

I'd think ILB blitzing up the middle may as well use power, they're going to hit the line. If it's a FB/HB they have a decent shot at running them over.

OLB outside blitzing should be elusive.
