Is there a significant advantage, if any, to waiting and not making custom equipment?

I have a measley Level 6 WR, and am wondering if I should equip now, or wait it out for a reason I might be missing.

I don't think there is a reason not to create. It doesn't affect training or the soft cap. It gives you an advantage in that way. The only thing is to try and keep it to one stat category.

If you plan on getting it, it doesn't really matter WHEN you get it. The only question is whether or not you are certain of the type of EQ you want, because it costs real money to change it.
