just curious where i should throw my next few lvls at...training strength right now any advice would be appreciated

I'd switch to training stamina to 25ish since you're on KOS and KRS teams (I am too, and it really screws my energy over considering ~20 stam).
Then switch to confidence and do the same. Since you're on a team that'll have you facing higher levelled opponents, when you drop a ball it'll really demoralize you and you'll never be playing your A game.

As for stat distribution probably would get catching to what your agility is at, or agility a little closer to your speed. Your choice really, and both would be helpful.
The agility would make your speed more effective for separation and the catching would ensure the ball falls into your hands.

In my opinion, strength isn't really all that important for WRs.
Of course there are weird cases with a WR soft capping strength before speed or agility and they break the tackles of weak DBs, but in the long run I think those numbers will diminish and consistency is more important than a magical fluke once every 2-3 games.
