Working on tactics (believe it or not). I (we) can't waste time on you.

yeah so did I but working on tactics uh just a suggestion but your first concern may be to sign some decent players

Don't forget, this is a farm team.

We had a new class come in. So we're several levels below everyone else, Team Chemistry and Stamina are all shot to hell with Morale and energy levels following them. I don't expect much out of this season.

I would be fun to say "I'll master tactics and surprise ol ba'rpin" but no, that's not realistic. I have been trying to sort out passing and running plays - which formations correspond to which calls (outside run/short and so on). It might be something that will pay off later.

Good luck, as much as you plan the random element will drive you crazy along with the seasonal change of which stat is king. If you want to talk any of it out I spent a lot of last season screwing around with it and think I have an understanding that I am going to try out soon. Also I have a few games that are almost gimmies so if there is something you want to try I can toss it on during those games.
