Good game, Ballbusters. That first TD in the 4th had me on the edge of my seat.

It was a great game for both of us! We were definitely moving the ball against each other. It was great until my very own Love Doctor threw an interception in enemy territory that certainly cost us the game. We're getting closer and closer to beating you guys every year. We'll get you next season, unless we can sneak into the playoffs. Overall, it was a fun game today. Best of luck in the rest of the season.

It was a beautiful win for Tijuana. They once again weathered our punches, and came back and won. It's amazing, and I want to know what they're putting in the water there, because our team just absolutely folded and collapsed at the same point in today's game as it did last season when TJ scored 17 unanswered in the 4th quarter, and dropped a pass late on 4th down that would have been an easy FG or TD.

This time it was us who didn't have the luck late, missing an XP that would have made it 3 points with less than 2 mins to go then and letting them match from the 20 yard line with long pass after long pass.

Tijuana is a great team, good guys, but it's just eery how we do what we want with them offensively for 2 quarters and then all of a sudden we look like a gutted team in the 2nd half.

As for the gutting, sorry to disappoint you Tom.. you'll just have to go tell the rest of your "I hate the Fire!" facebook members to sit on it for another season. We're only worried about Week 17.. not Week 5.

That play shows Malcolm's unselfishness. He is a true team player.

Na, I have no problem with you. Just you got a bit crazy and irrational yesterday (we all do sometimes in this game). I'm sure you'll have a successful season and not gut or anything.

I would really hate to see the Fire gut. Secondeye, you are one of the Founding Fathers of this league and it wouldn't be the same here without you. You have always been a class guy and hell of a challenge to match wits with on the gridiron. There's alot of things in this game that really piss me off, yet I do have an investment here, as we all do. Some things are getting better and some things just change.
As long as the game keeps progressing and trying to improve then I'll stick around. I still say they need to get a grip on all these gutting teams. I see all these Admins coming in here and saying how Tom's ideas are good, but sometimes I wonder
if the bottom line is the almighty dollar. I like the Capped leagues, but even those are kinda screwed up when you can sign an unboosted lvl 13 into a brand new team and then double boost before his first game and have a lvl 19 playing in a lvl 13 league.
That and the Free Agency market needs improvement. The average Joe who doesn't have alot of connections in GLB just can't sustain a team that can compete the way it is.
They need to quit selling so many teams or something.
I'm glad you're sticking around, but if you ever do Gut, you know where to reach me, lol. And just don't sell back till the deal is done, lol. Word...

I've lost it, then found it, then lost it again. All in the time it took to drink an 18 pack. Let me tell ya, when you're shelling out $250 each season you tend to have higher expectations from the the Management. And I won't continue to spend if they continue to screw the honest guys and leave the gates wide open for the douche bags to keep doing the douchey things they do!
And yes, I am about 2/3 of the way through this 18 pack, lol.

I took my crazy pills. I just let stress leak out into my forum posting which happens from time to time. Not crazy, my wife left me, my dog died stress or anything, but just looong work days and no sleep kind of stress.
