Karachi Bears are committed to success. We have a talented roster and a great nucleus of guys who wish to succeed. We made it to the playoffs in our first season but are looking to build upon that achievement.

We are looking for an OC to handle the offensive side of the ballclub. We already have a DC in place. Tha OC shall be responsible for:

1 - Player development for the Offense
2 - Gameplanning for every game. Game plans must be posted to the team forums before game day
3 - Depth chart for offense

The ideal OC shall:
1 - Have experience managing a team. Having a personal team or currently managing a different team is a plus. Evidence of QB development is a huge bonus
2 - Have a track record of success. He must be able to prove that his team was able to put up points
3 - Have a sound knowledge of the game

One of my players are in the SE Asia Pro League. So i know the league. I know what it takes to win because my team that my player plays on is in the se asia pro league championship. If i can manage my players i can GM a team. I can scout. i have a couple players i can bring on a team. And since my best player on my account is a hb i know offense. So i hope you pick me.
