What is the best way to divide playing time up equally between 3 HBs?

better of just to start 2 and put the 3rd on KR/PR and back up FB, or just trade the 3rd cuz you really only need 2

We go 98/99 on substitutions.
3 RBs and we get 38 plays on average; pretty close to max xp.
Subbing as FB/TE/WR works as well.
