ok but your player's been built for the 4-3 MLB or OLB. At this point, how does he handle the ILB role. Which 2 or 3 of your att's show the most benifit for the RILB position?

I would probably say vision and speed. I've seen quite a few pitches to my side which I find the right hole and blast through it to tackle the HB for a short gain or a loss. I thought strength and tackling would help which is why I got it so high but it hasn't been doing anything for me so I'm gonna lay off of it for a while and work on my pass coverage (agility and speed) and play reading (vision).

Speed got so hyped up for being overrated that it is now underrated imo.

Ok, so not too much different from the norm with more of the emphasis on Agility and Vision. Reading and Reacting or even Beating the play with Speed to get there. Does that sum it up best?

i think so. i'd definitely rate agility and vision first for all ILB then you could either lean towards speed or strength/tackling depending on personal/team preference. speed obviously helping you get after the ball carrier more quickly and in coverage while strength/tackling to stop the power rush game and create turnovers
