Eh, both teams played their starters the whole way, and used a strategy that had brought them success in the past. No one scouts for scrimmage games, true. Neither Philly no The Aces did.

The Buffalo Bills never won a preseason game the 3 seasons in a row that they went to a Super Bowl.

Im guessing that these rankings are only fun when certain teams are winning ?

OK sorry for the delay. New ratings are up for week 15. I am busy with school and these take a little while to do so I try to do them very other day but sometimes I just don't have time.

I hear that..with school starting back up I dont know which way is up anymore
