-Winning/Losing Streaks
-Record of teams beaten
-Margin of victory

-Power wins are also included, but won't show up until after Week 3 because it only counts for wins against 0.700+ teams

I know they look a little messed up right now, but we need to play a few more games before we can get decent values out of strength of schedule and records.

This does look a little messed up. We are undefeated, beat the #10 team and our other win was against a team somewhere between 14 and 27 and we are not even in the top 13? I guess that means that the Ducks are under the radar this season!

No, it just means that we need to wait a few games for the "Power Wins" to enter the equation. You can't really get an accurate result just 2 weeks into the season; it'll probably take until after 5 or so games before things start to level off a bit.

I always like to see different rankings because it gives you something to debate, but any ranking that has Chaiyaphum Gothic 11th with no sign of PA is terribly flawed. I am looking forward to seeing how it looks in a couple weeks, though.

As far as using winning streaks, I wouldn't use any streak beyond the current season. What happened last season is irrelevant to this season.

Well, I shouldn't really do these rankings until later in the season, but I'm doing it out of curiosity.

I disagree about winning streaks. Very long winning streaks show that your team has been consistently coming up with solid game plans and are more likely to do so in the future. Still, it's a very small part of the formula.

I was just giving you a hard time. I don't mind not being ranked. The only thing that matters is making the playoffs and what you do once you are there. We were #1 the first season and lost in the first round, and we were ranked #10 by everyone going into the playoffs and came away with a win and our second game was a loss by FG.

I'm just doing this to give something else for everyone to look at after each game. Only 2 weeks into the season, these are going to be skewed because teams are either 1.000, 0.500, or 0.000 right now, which screws up the strength of wins part of the formula.

I did this last season and they were pretty accurate. In fact, one team owner was outraged that his team was ranked below someone else who had less wins. They ended up losing to that team in the playoffs.
