not gonna bother posting the east yet, since Albany and Las Vegas [and their 200-0 scores] utterly effs up my calculator

Plus there's only one conference that matters.

Whichever conference wins the championship will be an AGAIN.

Or are you deluded enough that you won in season 2?

Arguing conference verse conference is about as productive as arguing religion and politics; neither party will change their respective opinion, nor is either party likely to REALLY listen to the opposition - regardless of how much (or conversely how little) logic is presented in their argument.

What I WOULD like to compliment is the manner in which both conferences have come together to address the serious issues (i.e. gutting, slow-building). While naturally both conferences view themselves as superior in some respect or another, I hope that we can see through these (often) empty arguments and enjoy the season and its subsequent playoffs.

yeah my formulas are very much based on strength of schedule, so with just 2 weeks of data i'm surprised it's not THAT broken.

the phenomenon (most apparent in the east) is that when team 1 beats team 2 200-0, the winning team doesn't get enough credit (since it looks like 1/2 of their wins just came from beating a high school team) and the losing team looks like they just lost to the pro-league all-star team. so that las vegas team in the east is actually the best 0-2 team despite their 0-334 point differential.. yuck

the west PR suffers from this a bit too, but things will iron themselves out when we get more games in.

I just took over the las Vegas Wildcats in week 2, som I was unable to make any changes, week three was a little better, and week four, i am hoping to even be a little better. I am continuing to look fo r good talent, but it is hard to get higher levels to come over to this team, I don't blame them, but the WILDCATS will be competitive next season.

It's all in how you sell it. Good players do well on bad teams, they get all the plays, stats, and even though you won't make the playoffs at least they'll be able to train on Intense for the entire playoffs, great for building up your player. So as long as you're able to pay them, there aren't many downsides if you're a player that's just looking to improve yourself.
