Bonus need not be high, enough to buy new boots maybe. They do travel a lot it seems.
Also Guildenstern will boost up to lvl 4 after he has signed a contract, this contract must be for a lvl 4 player, not the lvl 1 he is now. I am an owner, I know what's what with contracts.
